​Purpose:  This report is created when there is a Health/Dental insurance premium holiday.  All employees currently enrolled that received pay and the amounts that would have been withheld for their Health/Dental insurance premiums are reported to the Office of Group Insurance (OGI) and Blue Cross of Idaho.  This report is created and available online after the second bi-weekly payroll of the month.  Boise State University, Idaho State University and the University of Idaho are excluded from this report.
