Data & Interface Specification Validation Roadmap
Two independent reviews of the statewide Luma project implementation have been conducted, and the Legislative Services Office (LSO) has identified two critical findings that require our collaboration and partnership to resolve.
We will be seeking feedback on current processes you use for interface data validation, with a focus on reconciliation methods and areas that need improvement, especially around aggregation needs. Additionally, we will generate interface output metrics for your review, asking for sign-off to confirm accuracy of the interfaced data between the source system and Luma. This will be specific to interfaces sending data to Luma.
The State Controller's Office will send meeting requests to agencies in alignment with the schedule below.
We will be asking to collaborate with you on verifying the functional and technical specification documents. This review process may require several meetings, but we will work to minimize the impact upon your time. Once the documentation is validated, we will conduct a user acceptance test to ensure the interface complies with your requirements, concluding with your documented approval and sign-off. This will encompass all inbound and outbound interfaces with Luma.
