I-Time Error Messages

Each of these messages should be reported to your Central Payroll Officer (CPO) for correction.
 

Possible Error Messages:

 
No Employee Profile found - your Central Payroll Officer (CPO) has not set you up as an I-Time user.
 
 
 
No Time Entry Location For This Employee - Will appear as shown below and indicates that the Central Payroll Officer (CPO) has not created the Time Entry Locations for the agency or employee.
 

 


 

Per federal rule, the CVF time code can only be used after 30 days of employment and after 10 days of FMLA leave specifically related to COVID-19.

Time Code Maintenance Has Not Been Created For Your Agency - Will appear as shown below and indicates that the Central Payroll Officer (CPO) has not set up the Time Codes for your agency.
 


 
 
Timesheet has not been created - Will appear as shown below and indicates that you are not authorized to create your time sheet. Another person in the agency has been designated to create time sheets on your behalf.
 

 
 
Navigation Page has not loaded correctly.  Please refresh page and try again.  Please contact your CPO for further information. - When this message is displayed, your time sheet loaded before the navigation portion on the right hand side.  You must do a refresh before you can submit your time.
