Purpose
: This action allows an agency to inactivate an employee without pay for personal reasons not covered in the other Inactivation codes. The time sheet required field will be updated to ‘Y’ and the pay status will be changed to ‘I’.
Position (pay) status must be equal to A (active) or B (inactive with pay) in order to use this change reason.
