Invalid Employee Profiles

When an employee profile is not created properly or an employee profile is created after a termination is processed, that employee profile is invalid and will be listed in the ZZZ Time Entry Location (TEL)    
 
To find employees with invalid employee profiles:
 
Place your pointer over - View/Print Reports
 

 
Select - Employee Reporting
 


The Employee Reporting screen will open and you can select your report options.
 
Select Report Type:  Employee Listing
Select Sorting Option:  By TEL Name
Select Time Entry Location:  All 
The Social Security Number can also be displayed.  Your screen should look similar to one shown below.  Click 'Continue' to generate the report. 
 

 
A report will be generated that displays the names of employees in each TEL (Time Entry Location).  At the bottom of the report, any employees with invalid employee profiles will be displayed in a TEL ZZZ.
 
Contact DSP (Division of Statewide Payroll) to delete invalid employee profiles.  For information about setting up a new employee profile, go to Employee Profiles - Add,Update
