As an extension of the core Luma project team, Change Liaisons are vital in helping to prepare agencies across the State to successfully adopt Luma. As you encourage agency peers and staff to stay engaged and informed of Luma developments, we invite you to leverage the tools available in the monthly Change Liaison communications toolkits. 

The purpose of the toolkits is to provide an all-in-one package of materials to help you reinforce key messages about Luma and facilitate employee awareness of the changes associated with this transformation.
