The agency User Profile Administrator (UPA) will use the Maintenance button to manage Employee Self-Service.  UPAs will have access to the Agency Profile and Employee Profiles.  The UPA will control which self-service forms will be available to the employees and if those forms will be internally routed for approval prior to being sent to the Division of Statewide Payroll (DSP) for processing.  UPAs can also go into 'Employee Profiles' and grant access by employee and form.  Each agency must have at least one User Profile Administrator (UPA).
UPAs who are in the CPO (Central Payroll Officer) Group will also see the agency's I-Time Information.
