Update or Delete STARS Access

Update or Delete Security Access

After signing on, click ​View Security Access for Active Employees and Pending Requests. (Do not click New Security Request.)

 

Be sure to keep the Show Active Employees and Pending selected on the left navigation menu.

Locate the employee, and then click View next to their name.

 

Click the tab for which you want to delete an employee's access - Accounting/STARS Security, Personell and Payroll Security, or IBIS Security.

In the Action section, select Add/Change Access or Delete All... Access. 'Delete All Access' will remove all security access only for the selected tab.

 

If updating an employee's access, make any changes to the form that you need, then click Submit at the top of the page.

If deleting all STARS access, click Submit at the top of the page.
