Purpose: Site allows agencies to view all security access that has been granted through the State Controller's Office.

Active and Terminated employees are viewed separately.

• Active Employees can be viewed through  'View Security Access for Active Employees and Pending Requests'
• Terminated Employee can be view through 'View Prior Security Access for Terminated Employees'

To View Security Access for Active Employees

• Sign into the 'Security Access Request'
• Select 'View Security Access for Active Employees and Pending Requests'
• On the left navigation of the site, there are several headers. (Example IPOPS Originator, STARS, IBIS). Each header can be selected to view the employees in your agency that have access to that system.
• Once a header is selected the page can be sorted by selecting the arrow directly to the right of each header. (The arrow only displays when the cursor is on the header)

To View Security Access for Terminated Employees

• Sign into the 'Security Access Request'
• Select 'View Prior Security Access for Terminated Employees'
• The view is broken into two sections. Director Exempt- Pending SCO and SCO Processed. For more information on statuses see Security Form Statuses.
• Note: This view will only show employees whose access has been marked as 'Terminated
• Select 'View' to look at a prior employees access.
• Note: All action fields will be marked as delete
