Opens to the 'All Documents' view.  All documents (Payroll, Personnel, Position Control, Self-Service and Terminations) can be tracked at any time, from the origination through the routing/approval process until archived. After documents are archived they become an electronic record.  Archived records are available through the views by 'Creating a New View'.
Internal Approvers, Agency Signers, BOE, DHR, DFM, GOV and OGI will use the views button to access documents for approval/disapproval.  Authorized users can also track documents in the routing process by using the Views button.
A maximum of 5000 documents may be returned in the view.
