Agency Descriptor Table D04 Bureau

The D04 Bureau table defines the third level of the organization structure within an agency (Agency-Division-Bureau). This table contains the number and title your agency assigns to each bureau. The title shows on reports that you request at the bureau level or lower.

Additions or changes require approval from your agency's Division of Financial Management (DFM) analyst. Send an ORG-23 Organization Structure Maintenance form to your agency's Division of Financial Management (DFM) analyst for approval, and then to the State Controller's Office (SCO), Bureaus of Accounting Operations.
