Statewide Descriptor Table D60 Purge Control Date

The D60 Purge Control Date table defines the date to purge the batch log and the redeemed or cancelled warrants. STARS purges any batch log or any warrant redeemed or cancelled before and up to the purge date.

D60 – Purge Control Date, Data Entry Requirements

Data Element Description
TABLE-ID-NUMBER Enter 60.
KEY DATA

FILE ID

Enter the two-character ID for the file you want to purge. SCO assigns this code. Current values are:

BL – Batch control log file

WC – Warrant control log file

REFERENCE DATA

PURGE CNTRL DT

Enter the eight-digit purge date (MMDDCCYY). STARS will purge any batch log or any warrant redeemed or cancelled before and up to this purge date.

TITLE Enter the title of the purge file, up to 50 characters.
