Disable the Create Request Choice from Travel Express

​Your agency may decide that employees may only need to submit vouchers for approval, rather than submit a request. 

1. To change the application so that only vouchers are available for your users to submit, click Adminintration on the Travel Express main menu, then click the Agency tab.

2. Set the number of Request Approval Levels to 0. Then, employees would only have the option to create vouchers.

3. If you change the Request Approval Levels while requests have been entered and save (are in process), those requests will no longer be seen in Travel Express. Users would have to resubmit a voucher instead. Either wait until requests are no longer in process, ask users to not enter requests, or warn them about the change.
