Make a User a Proxy Verifier

Introduction

Adding a proxy card number to a user who is a Verifier or Verifier All makes the user a proxy verifier – this person can verify transactions on that card in place of the card holder. This means the person must be assigned as a Verifier/Verifier All in the roles section.

When you assign a user as a proxy verifier on the user’s profile screen as described here, you assign a card to that particular verifier. However, you can also assign verifiers to a particular card number using the Maintain CC screen. There, you will assign Verifiers to a card.

Edit a User Profile

On the P-Card main menu, select Admin, and then click the Edit icon next to a user’s name.
