​Your P-Card administrator may restrict approval permissions by placing approvers in specific Approval Levels, or by assigning Approval Indexes, PCAs, or Locations to the approvers. The latter restricts the approver's ability to approve only those transmittals or transactions coded with the assigned PCAs, Indexes, or Locations.

Your P-Card administrator may also restrict Approver and Approver All users from approving their own transactions.
