Unable to Import Missing Transactions​

​If you attempt to find and add missing transactions, whether starting from the Outstanding CC menu selection on the P-Card main menu or from the Outstanding CC button on the P-Card Administration screen, and the Import button is not active (greyed out), check the following:

The credit card may be checked as inactive in the P-Card user’s profile. From the Admin screen, click Edit next to a user name to edit the user’s profile, then check the card as Active, and then try the Import again.
