Reports with Cardholder Not Found Message​

​If the report shows a “Cardholder Not Found” message, be sure the card is checked as active in the application and then re-run the report. If the card holder is marked as inactive, but the card is marked as active, the report will show transactions.

Below are examples of reports with an inactive card associated with an active card holder.
