Update Multiple Users' Location Codes

​1. On the P-Card Admin screen, click Maintain Loc.

2. Click Maintain Location at the bottom of the page to see a list of your Location Codes. These are codes that can be assigned to your users as Default Location or as an Approval Location.

Change or Update a Location Code:

1. Click Edit to edit a Location.

2. Change the Code and/or Location Description.

3. Click Save.

Delete a Location Code:

1. Click Delete to delete a Location.

To Add a New Location Code

1. Enter a new location in the empty fields at the bottom of the list.

2. Enter the Code and Location Description and then click Save.

Find users who are assigned a particular Default Location

1. Click View Users by Default Location.

2. Enter a Location, and then click Run. A list of users assigned that Location will be displayed by last name, first name.

Find users who are assigned a particular Assigned Approval Location

1. Click View Users by Assigned Approval Location.

2. Enter a Location, and then click Run. A list of approvers assigned that Location will be displayed by last name, first name.
