Update a Single User's Card​

​1. On the P-Card main menu, select Admin, and then click the edit icon next to a user’s name.

2. The user's profile will open. This is displayed in four sections: the user information, user roles (or security), P-Card details, and default and/or approval PCA/Index assignments.

Add a New P-Card

1. In the Credit Cards section, enter the last ten digits of the card number in the CC# field.

2. Select the card Type – WFMC for MasterCard or BOAV for VISA card.

3. Check the Act (Active) check box in order to populate transactions into P-Card, and to allow verifiers and approvers to process the transactions of that card.

4. Enter a Description if desired. Do not use special characters or symbols, such as &,',“,<,and \.

5. Click Save next to the card.

6. Click Save at the top of the user’s profile screen.

Edit a P-Card

If you enter the wrong number or want to edit or add a description, etc.

1. On the P-Card main menu, select Admin, and then click the edit icon next to a user’s name.

2. Click Edit next to the card you want to edit.

3. Edit the card number, type or description.

4. Click Save next to the card.

5. Click Save at the top of the user’s profile screen.

Delete (Inactivate) a P-Card

Once a card is entered and saved, you won’t be able to delete it.

1. On the P-Card main menu, select Admin, and then click the edit icon next to a user’s name.

2. Uncheck the Act check box next to the card (not the user) to make it inactive, and then add a description about it.
